½ tbsp extra virgin olive oil

1 medium size flour tortilla (6 or 8 inches)

1 tbsp pizza sauce

Italian seasoning

8-10 Pepperoni Slices

3 tbsp shredded mozzarella cheese

Boiled capsicum thin-cut slices

Step-1:Prep

Take out a medium size flour tortilla, and place it in a tray with parchment paper. Apply olive oil on it and spread it across its surface.

After that, add pizza sauce, followed by pepperoni slices. Then add shredded mozzarella cheese on it and toppings of your choice, such as capsicum, olives, tomatoes, cooked chicken pieces, etc. Finally, add Italian seasoning.

Step:2 Cooking

Put the basket into the air fryer. Set the temperature to 375 F and cook for 5 mins. As a precaution, check after 3 mins to ensure the pizza does not get overcooked.

Once it is cooked, let it cool down for 1 min. After that, it’s good to eat. Cut it down with a pizza cutter and enjoy it with ketchup, garlic sauce, or chili sauce.
