Ingredients

2 cups of Greek yogurt

 4 Eggs

4 tablespoons of corn starch (40 g)

Step-By-Step Guide

Step-1: Take a glass bowl and add 2 cups of Greek yogurt.

Step-2: Take 1 egg and add it to the same bowl in yogurt. Whisk until fully incorporated.

Step-3: Now take the 2nd egg, 3rd and 4th eggs one by one and continue whisking until the eggs are fully merged. 

Step-4: Take a strainer and sift 40 grams of corn starch into the bowl. Stir once again until there are no remains of cornstarch lumps.

Step-5: Pour the batter into a prepared baking pan.

Step-6: Preheat the air fryer.

Step-7: Bake the yogurt cake for 25-28 minutes at 320 F.
