How To Cook Lasagna Rolls In Air Fryer
1 cup cream cheese ( 135g)
1/2 kg ground beef
1 medium chopped onion
2 minced garlic cloves
1/4 cup shredded parmesan and mozzarella cheese
140 grams pasta sauce
1 tablespoon chopped parsley
4 lasagna pasta rolls
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1 beaten egg
Salt and pepper to taste
Step-1: Before making lasagna rolls, we have to cook ground beef. Take a pan and add olive oil, warm it up the add ground beef. Cook beef for 5-6 minutes, then add minced garlic and chopped onion. Stir for 3-4 minutes. Finally add Italian seasoning, salt and pepper to your taste and pasta sauce and cook further for 5-6 minutes. Take out the beef in a glass bowl and set aside.
Step-2: Put the lasagna wrappers (noddles) in hot boiling water for 2-3 minutes and then take them out and put them in cold water and drain immediately.
Step-3: Take second bowl, add cream cheese and mix it well with egg, parmesan, mozzarella and fresh chopped parsley leaves.
Step-4: Use two tablespoons of the mixture from both bowls to each roll wrapper.
Step-5:After placing the rolls add the remaining ground beef and pasta mixture above the rolls. Then add some mixture of parmesan and mozzarella cheese mixture and cover the pan with aluminum foil. And poke holes with a toothpick.
Step-6: Place the pan in the air fryer and cook for 10 minutes at 400 F. After that take the aluminum foil off and cook further for 3-4 minutes at 370 F.
And that’s it, your air fryer lasagna rolls are ready. Serve with marinara sauce or ranch dressing. Enjoy!
Notes & Tips
1- I have used lasagna pasta rolls for this recipe, but you can use egg rolls as well and the rest of procedure will remain the same.
2- You can add additional ingredients of your choice such as small sausage pieces and pepperoni. Just make sure that any additional meat items should be cooked before adding them to lasagna rolls.
3- Instead of spraying the air fryer basket, you can spray rolls as well.
4- Don’t overcrowd the air fryer basket, if you have a small air fryer, you can cook in multiple batches.
5- You can also use cream cheese instead of ricotta because cream cheese is more accessible and much cheaper!

- Place the pan in the air fryer and cook for 10 minutes at 400 F.
- After that take the aluminum foil off and cook further for 3-4 minutes at 370 F.
