Step-5: Air fry them at 330 F for 8 minutes. Flip the sides after 4 minutes for better results.

Tips & Notes

No need to thaw the frozen biscuits. You can cook them directly.

Ensure some space between each biscuit when air frying them as they may stick with each other during cooking. Also keep in mind when the biscuits are frozen, they are more likely squeezed and when they heat up they expand a little.

If you have an air ferry with racks, then I would suggest using one rack only at a single time. Cook frozen biscuits on the middle rack so they are cooked more evenly. Also, use a tray while cooking on racks.

How Long To Cook Frozen Grands Biscuits?

Frozen Grand biscuits can be cooked well within 10 minutes with a preheated air fryer. In this recipe, I have used Cosori Max XL Air Fryer so only 8 minutes were required for cooking. Some air fryers outperform other air fryers, but it won’t create a significant impact on timing, the time will just vary from 1-2 minutes.

You can also cook them without preheating. If you don’t want to preheat your air fryer you can start directly. Just increase the time from 8 minutes to 10-12 minutes at 330 F.

Do You Need To Defrost The Biscuits?

No, there is no need to defrost or thaw frozen biscuit dough. You can cook them directly after taking them out of your freezer. They cook well and turn out crispy and brown when cooked in frozen form.

However, if you still want to thaw them, simply take them out from the freezer and allow them to reach room temperature. They can also be defrosted in the microwave, but they won’t get as crispy and might even get mushy.
