Ribeye: Ribeye steaks are soft and tasty because they have a lot of marbling and fat. When you cook it with an air fryer, the fat is rendered beautifully and a lovely crust is produced on the surface while the inside remains tender and juicy.
Flank Steak: Flank steak also comes out well in the air fryer. Cooking time is also relatively less and the result is flavorful for a quick meal.
Sirloin: Sirloin is my favorite cut. It is a flexible and lean cut and is done nicely in the air fryer. Just marinate it and season it well to bring out its inherent taste.
Flat Iron: It is a soft, well-marbled cut that is sometimes disregarded, but when cooked in an air fryer, it comes out tasty and juicy.
